If the eye is on, it won't chop, dude. Maybe your paint is HUMONGOUS, and breaks in the barrel, every time. If your eye is working properly, IT WILL NOT CHOP. Another problem could be that your eye is dirty. If it see's the dirt, it doesn't see the balls. Then it would let you shoot every time even if a ball wasn't fully in the chamber. Maybe you shouldn't have sent it back so soon.

What kind of paint are using?
What kind of barrel is on your M98?
What kind of barrel is on your Mag?
What kind of barrel is on your TES?
What kind of loader are you using to feed the TES?

Most chopping issues are due to not having a fast enough loader and if the marker is a fast shooter, a lot of times, most guys get chops since they can easily outshoot the loader.

Some paint is more brittle then others. I use Marbs exclusively, but picked up some Draxxus at the last minute at a tourney, the absolute worst paint I have ever used, only due to the thin shell. I broke paint left and right in both my Markers that day using that crap.
Also, I see you have a Revvy x, I would be willing to bet that you jacked your bps up on your TES unknowingly that the Revvy only feeds at 12 bps, as you shoot, you more then likely exceeded the feed rate of your Revvy, which 9 out of 10 times results in a chop. Another reason could be the paint you were using had a better bore to paint match on the DYE barrels vs the TES barrel, but I'm more inclined to think its a loader issue vs a barrel issue.

The eye probably had something covering it. I would've cleaned it off before I sent it in.
