Becker Industries...

I do not believe that they would merely give up. Tech T has some bright minds at work and obviously have the crown in the aftermarket bolt engine arena. Giving up doesn't make sense.
$120? No way in hell unless they're making $80-100/bolt.

It is only after you saw my video post that you finally decided to mod your Techt bolt.
Please get your facts straight.
yes, you told them to shorten the bolt face to resolve the jam issues but it wasn't the length of the bolt that's the problem, its how the bolt stop is situated on the 2nd breech o-ring that is the problem.

Never saw the video you refer to. I went 100% from what Justicexd said and then went further. Yes Justicexd did it first, but he got minimal credibility until I documented it and showed actual results and what I did. Then and only then did Techt take note. Further more, they shortened their bolts exactly like I said I did mine rather than what Justicexd suggested. I have no intention to take credit away from the original discover of this mod (Justicexd). I have even PM'd him to make sure I wasn't stepping on his toes.
Bolt face shortening. You are mostly correct. My first suggestion to them was to redesign the back of the bolt so it pulled back sufficiently to clear the breach. The bolt stop is a fixed object that can be shortened a tiny bit, but it must stay in the 019 o-ring or else the dump chamber leaks. So I suggested that the sail and bumper o-rings be combined which would give the shortened length needed. This of course would require some redesign of the bolt. My second suggestion was to shorten the bolt face which is what they eventually did and is a much simpler solution albeit not as good of one. It does mean that whenever someone sends me a bolt to be modded that is the older longer bolt that it is easy to shorten.
I'm buying a metal lathe so hopefully I will have something in the works for the G5 in the future.

Techt will come up with a solution...guaranteed!!! I bet it will be in the 60-80 dollar range too.

Techt T G4/G3 Spec-R bolt mod Mark I

The dates are close no doubt, but it appears that I have you beat by 6 days.
I'm still not taking credit for being the first to do the mod, just being the guy that made a solid thread that actually got noticed. If you read in my thread I even give props where they are due.

This I assure you is no hoax. TechT had treated me very well in the relationship I have with them and I promote their products I use with my personal opinion and only that, i'm not in the back pocket receiving kickbacks like some think, I don't work for them either.
Unless you can get at least 200 plus people prepaid for an engine of a price roughly 130, then there isn't one.

All right you girls. I spoke with Tim yesterday in regards to all this.
again it is a no. possibly if for some reason Devine intervention happens and DP changes back to what it was and should be then the problem is solved.
But, there is no actual quantifiable difference, gain or whatever over my prototype to the production models. The ridges don't actually do anything

Only the people with prototype G5's were able to run the G4 Techt engines, although i haven't seen a posted picture of a prototype g5's breech. The production g5's had grooves in the breech that shredded Techt bolt sail o rings.

Yes, only prototypes work with that engine.

Why would DP that? If the prototype works the same as the "production" units, then the only reason is to keep techt from putting bolts in dp guns. A REALLY dumb reason IMHO!!!
