Try to go to a local field and play. Its easier to get noticed and picked up then start a new team.

But within the paintball world. Just go ahead and forget what the term sponsor mean.
Even if you get a sponsor they don't care if you rep them. They just want bulk orders and are giving you a slight discount based on how much you order not that your going to rep them.
