Honestly I would deffinatly consider it a step down from the Z2 simply due to the fact that the Z2 is a high end loader. Performance wise though I would consider it a step up from the Empire Too Loaders/Halos because of how it incorporates some Z2 technology. All in all I'd call it right in between, being better than a Empire Halo Too but not up to par with the Z2.
