I take it you've removed the grip frame?
It will be difficult with the hammer still in there, but can you remove the valve from the front of the marker? That would allow you to run a wooden dowel through the front of the marker and put a little force directly on the head of the hammer to push it out.

Try putting the bolt back in. Use it, and the bolt pin, to pull the striker out. Sounds like an oring got shredded and pinched in there.

It shouldn't have been that hard. You were missing a step if it was that hard. If its Ike that again then I would suggest letting some else look at it, as in your hands it won't work for long if you keep forcing parts in and out.

Usually when you take it out you have to pull the trigger. If you don't the sear will be pushing up on the striker causing some friction. The sear is on a pin and can sometimes flip the wrong way if the sear spring isn't attached anymore. In other words it's working backwards and catching on the striker. Take your grip frame off and see if the sear spring has come off, has broken, or is missing altogether.
My other guess is someone has replaced one or more of the grip frame screws with one that's too long, or that's missing the washer most spyder screws come with. That means......the screw is sticking out into the striker tube. You either need to replace the washer or use a shorter screw. Then it won't interfere with the striker coming out anymore.
Good luck.

It's a Spyder.
They're all poppet-valved blowbacks.
If it wasn't a poppet-valved marker, how could it have a hammer?

I would like to help, but first I need to know something. This Spyder, is it a paintball gun?

Like someone said above. It's all catching on the sear and the OP doesn't know what he's doing so he can not explain what is actually going on.

the striker is getting caught on the sear. when you pull the trigger, the sear drops and the striker moves forward and hits the valve. in order to take the striker in and out you need to pull the trigger while pulling on it so it can clear the sear.
