Speaking of tips, are they ever good? In my experience, BWW is always busy as ****, so no one actually gets good service. When we get 3+ servers (one brings food, someone else gets drinks, etc.) I don't know who to tip. Sometimes we'll have the same server, and then someone completely different brings the check over and expects a tip as if they were the one juggling beers for a bunch of idiots.

That's why when I go there I sit at the bar. There's usually some ****ty sorority girl bartender. Occasionally we get lucky and go to a party at her house or whatever. Also service is better.

Because they serve alcohol. I know in most states it's illegal to carry a weapon onto any premise that serves, or sells alcohol. And I'd assume BWW being a chain has just made that company policy across the board to avoid any issues concerning state laws.

At my store we hardly put any sauce on, we are frequently asked for respins.

Why does it always take so freaking long to get my wings?
How on earth do you run out of wings?
|
I don't know
Do you go on game days? Are they busy? I don't know some times our kitchen crew just sucks.
People order more wings than we have available.

We're they busy? I've never seen the kitchen microwave anyone's wings.

She probably got cut, and her replacement got there. She's probably lazy and wanted to go home.

Yeah I feel like I'm a good server. When you have 3 different servers your real server is probably getting D'd down. The one that gets your drink order should let you know who is taking care of you. Sometimes I don't run my own food. But I could see how that is confusing.
Week nights ill make like $50 for 4-5 hour shift, if a KU game is on I can make $90. On the weekends I make $110 pretty consistently.

Which crossroads BWW do you work at?
I'm going to personally verify OP's existence and employment status before this thread goes any further.

In my state, and many, it's perfectly legal.

I go during the middle of the work week. Twice now I've been and both times they were slow as ****. Like, over an hour to get four orders of wings.
Why do you have more wings available? Can you imagine what would happen if Taco Bell ran out of taco shells and tortillas?

I can assure you it is not the servers fault. You shouldn't blame your server. It is most likely the kitchen, and an hour wait seems to be a bit ridiculous. Our ticket times are usually kept under 15 minutes..

Thing is, wings take ~5 minutes to fry and sauce. A wait time between taking the order and cooking the wings is normal, but once they're cooked, they should leave the kitchen immediately. When they get to the table, they should be crispy and hot, without sitting so long that the sauce starts seeping into them...it's pretty easy to tell when the kitchen is just using a microwave to re-heat old wings on busy (or very slow) nights, they come to the table all soggy and nasty. Obviously the server isn't the one in the back cooking too, but to us, you're still the last line of defense to make sure the food is right before serving it. When we get food that's obviously bad, the blame falls on everyone that touched/saw the food because they let it get to the table.

Yeah I completely agree. It sounds like your BWW kinda sucks. I work a Corporate store. We probably have higher standards.
