Hello,

I have an empire redline board/grip for my axe. When I turn the board on, the sound activates but I cannot really see the screen unless I am in a really dark area. After a few seconds the screen dims, and I cannot see it at all (pretty much completely black). I go to system > brightness and set it to 100. I do not see a difference between 10 and a 100. I tried brand new batteries, but it did not change anything. What might be causing this problem and how can I fix it?

Fixed it? Make sure that your board is clean, and no wired are being pinched or blocked.

I had the same problem. Call Empires tech line. They'll get you taken care of.

Had the same issue. Contacted Empire Tech and they shipped me out a new board right away. Easy fix!
