D4 teams in MiLP 2013 click here!

Hey guys i was just wanting some feedback from the D4 teams looking to play the MiLP series. My biggest concern is having 5 teams an event for series prizes due to this being a fairly new series. Just leave some feedback here if you guys plan on being committed to the entire series!!

Mental Diversion should be at every event. My only concern is the split day thing. Might make it tough.

Clarksville Defiance will most likely beat the d4 events. Waiting to here how the Race to 3 plays in on the team's world ranking.

Also a concern by us, but from what i understand the only way that should happen is if we had like 20 teams.. I dont see that happening.

We (Steve and I) are currently working on ways to fix both of these problems for the better.

We just want to make sure we fix it before we release anything.

Royal Flush is trying to plan to hit some (not all) of your events, coming from south Florida. CFPS down here is doing Race to 3 also, hope you all have the points hit the teams world rankings the same? Maybe PSP should determine if it goes to Race to 2 or Race to 4. Will be watching to see what the determination is.

I just got off the phone with the APPA and D4 Race to 3 will play by the Race to 2 rules and world rankings- just with the additional point. There are other affiliates using the Race to 3 and this is the decision the APPA has come to.

With this being said... Id really be interested to hear about if teams would be willing to change it back to d4x or if its even a possibility.

We will be sticking with race to 3. There are a couple affiliates doing this also, helps people move up the ranks, our goal is to get people playing higher levels, to do that paintball is moving towards rewarding those willing and able.

See in my opinion it doesnt make sense. Last year we played these rules under xball. Either way look forward to playing a few events this year i reckon.

Just doesn't make sense to me if a psp affiliated series isn't going to be exactly like a psp event besides the length of event . Psp d4 is race to 4 not 3 . I know yu guys didn't start that but whoever did shouldn't have .

We didn't think changing the day this far out would stir up such a **** storm. We are trying to do what is best for the league and didn't realize how many D4 teams would be effected.

The changes we have made for the 2013 season have come from you the players and we want to continue to be sensitive to your needs.

With that said, we will switch the D4 division to Saturday and D5/D3 will run on Sunday.

I will adjust registration and the league information page.
