They're equipment just as much as your other items. I played Battle at the Beach two years ago with a GoPro. Just know that if you get shot in that you're just as out as if you were shot in the face.

But to whoever was asking, no, I there have not been any changes to the rules this season. Radford stated so earlier in this thread(I think).

People have used them in the past with no issues. Only thing to remember is that the camera/device IS considered and obvious part of your "body" and as such will result in penalties if you are shot in it and continue to play on.

Other than that, only other rule I can think of is that you're required to upload that footage so we can watch it here on Nation!

Heck, I might even bring mine out and mount it up somewhere and record for fun and to see what I can get. Chest mount possibly? Hmm.....

well I was looking at the ones some of the pros had on there barrel and the laptop was 13"...lol...but yes you are correct...was hoping they were cheaper..Ill stick with my Go Pro for now
