What do you guys think about Bill Callahan possibly throwing the 02 Owl? Both Tim Brown and the GOAT himself have said he installed a heavy running game plan on Monday and then the Friday before the game suddenly switched to a 60 pass game plan? Apparently the center was so upset by this, he went AWOL for the game, according to Tim Brown. Brown first hinted that he thought Callahan deliberately sabotaged the game plan because he hated the Raiders and was best friends with Gruden, but later backed off those comments. Multiple former players have said they've never heard of a coach changing a gameplan that late in the week. So what do you guys think? Could Gruden's owl be a fraud?
Has this been covered? Didn't see anything on it.

hasnt been covered, but it is interesting that rice came out and backed browns assertion. hell i could see it... there were a few reports about callahan not wanting to be with the raiders. now why he wouldnt just quit is slightly confusing, but who knows what the contract looked like. ya the center was a no show for the game right after that new game plan was released. but seriously who the **** changes a game plan 2 days before ANY game, let alone the superbowl.

well we all know dallas is quite possibly the worst ran franchise in the nfl.
brown isnt in the hof yet...but he should be. id say he tried to sabotage it in a way that it wasnt too blatant. the raiders still could have won that game, but obviously they got trounced. i wonder if they had won, if he would of been happy lol
