That's pretty funny about Lil Wayne, proof that wealth can't buy class.
Also, Michigan still sucks.

because they got gaped in that **** *** conference annually? as soon as they joined the SEC saban extended his golden finger and graced the aggies with ability to compete. his plan was to have them be the new number 2 in the conference since everyone is sick of ****ty LSU and their trash *** coach. little did he know he bestowed to much power and now his future is in jeopardy.
basically, aggies success is all because of saban

As a "kid" I listened to bands like Slipknot.
Now I listen to pretty much anything from David Copperfield to Kendrick Lamar to Metallica to Muse.
No ****s are given.

i dont like Death very much but i would agree that i have a ton more respect for someone that likes them over lil wayne lol. I definitely respect Death just not really a huge fan.
god ive been listening to waaaaaay to much black metal and thrash metal lately. i think it is honestly corrupting my insides. also been listening to a ton of prodigy, andrew jackson jihad, yeah yeah yeahs, red fang (pretty much my standards for the last few years). ill pretty much give any metal, punk or indy music a chance. same with drum and base/jungle **** when i comes to electronic stuff
edit: muse is the worst, most overrated band in the history of forever. jesus christ on a cross they suck

I seem to be listening to more classic rock lately. I've never really been into music. I just hate 90% of rap, if its not that or some ****ty pop band autotune crap I'm probably ok with it.

yea ive been listening to quite a bit of 80's/early 90s rock (not hair metal **** although i have a soft spot for some of it). like ive been working out to The Melvins almost every day and i jam dinosaur jr quite a bit. screaming trees, alice in chains and sonic youth have been on my rotation too.
i also have been getting into old school country that is not pop trash like that travesty they label as country today. merle, old willie nelson, johnny cash, waylon jennings...cannot go wrong
90's and 2000's rap and most of the ganster rap is just pure ****ing crap. i am sorry but 2pac ****ing sucked. i like biggy (kinda) because he actually had flow but 2pac just appeals to retards, imo. it got exponentially worse in the 2000's

What I listen to depends on where I am.
Homework: Indie or post rock, classical, or 10s/20s/30s jazz
Working out: hardcore, 80s and 90s rap, or country
Running: Indie rock, or work out music
Sitting on reddit: Indie rock, classic rock, big band, swing (rat pack-esque music), or jazz
Driving: NPR, or anything mentioned above

the 2 best shows i had ever been to have been tom petty a few years ago and probably ted leo acoustic. the ted leo show was particularly cool since it was a super small venue and he had a drink with us at the bar before the performance and bought our group some shots afterward. apparently a friend of mine toured with him for a bit so they knew each other fairly well.
as far as indy music goes ted leo is like the indy god, at least in my eyes

The NCAA '14 cover vote is down to the final four.
Shoelace, Lacy, Barner and Swope.
WE WILL PREVAIL.

If Shoelace gets on the cover it would be fabulous because out of all the teams his team achieved the least. It will probably be Swope though because the A&M people always win this **** because they are obsessive and have their entire families vote.

I think we probably listen to a lot the same stuff, I like AJD and have been listening to a lot of Mischief Brew and Sycamore Smith lately. I can't really get into modern thrash aside from the crossover stuff like Municipal Waste.

my buddy does the merch, plays cello on a few songs and i think manages AJJ. it sucks since the closest they every come to playing here is indy or cinci so i have to drive 4 hours to see them when they come through. those guys are fun as all hell though.

Since when does winning the National Championship automatically mean you get the NCAA cover?
Bama just had the cover two years ago... It'd be an awesome thing for Shoelace to win it. Just honoring the career (albeit not the best by any means, but dynamic and versatile absolutely) of one of the most influential players in college football.
He set more Michigan, B1G, and college football records than you can count.
Pay the man. Put him on the cover. Us northerners must stick together and Vote B1G, and not the SEC or PAC bastards.

he has like 3 noteworthy records (NCAA and FBS) that braxton miller and johnny football are going to **** all over so who gives a ****. who gives a **** about the michigan records and his BIG records will get torched soon enough.
he had a meh season, he is a terrible QB and he should not be on the cover.
edit: i also completely fail to see how he is an "influential" player. he is a running back they played a s a QB who has done nothing groundbreaking or influential. if people follow his influence they will end up not getting drafted
