I picked up a brand new spire recently and have used it a couple times..and I didn't realize it at first but the spire constantly pulses and blinks red? Is there a way to reset to factory settings in the manual or am I just blind lol? I really am not sure what is wrong with it though.

My spire also does this, it does not effect loading but it does eat batteries. Would like to know the fix as well.

Yeah it kills batteries..no one has any answers I have talked to havnt called virtue yet though.
