Monkey Poo has yet to let me down. I just add a bit liberally during winter (20's) to avoid bolt stick but it works great otherwise. I used the lube the luxe comes with and had more bolt stick with it than Monkey Poo.

totally not. In all honesty, I was using Lurker Lube long before I became involved with the company. I wouldn't recommend anything else, especially since we use it exclusively at FixMyGat. Every gun we use it on, sees increased maintenance intervals.

I ordered three 1oz jars of Lurker two days ago after reading this. I am curious since I just received two jars of MonkeyPoo and have been using that exclusively for the past 4 months in California. I am eagerly awaiting to see the difference!

Weird, I was just thinking about this.... I actually just relubed mine w/ the factory lube because I thought I was going crazy.
The monkey poo was awesome at first, I actually reccommended it to a ton of people. My luxe shot consistent and beautiful with it. I had a guy I know who had a NT that was getting bolt stick like crazy. The only way it would shoot is w/ monkey poo on it and it performed flawless. But lately, it seems that it just doesn't last as long or apply the same.
I dont know if its the way I "store" it or whats going on it just seems with "age" its starting to be just what its called, POO.
Now I'm even more pissed because I had a brand new jar of lurker lube that I gave away.

Weird enough, I've found the same thing. I bought some and it worked flawless when it was new. But now after just lubing and dry firing to work the lube around, most of it moves around and doesn't stick to the orings. Almost like it has gotten too thin and oily.

WHat are your temperatures? I know with my luxe in the cold Monkey Poo does tend to get "used up" quicker in the cold. So, I just apply a bit more liberally to avoid it.

I've been using Monkey Poo and it seems to work fairly well. I believe you have to clean and reapply a thin layer after each weekend of play to be safe. I just ordered some Lurker Lube for comparison, plus I like supporting smaller companies trying to do good things. (e.g. oringmonkey, lurkerpb)
Also, the price for Lurker Lube is very reasonable.

I don't have any experience with the Lurker, but do with ever other lube out there.
The Magical Lube works well, and the new Militia lube is the best I've used to date.

Exactly! That is what I am experiencing as well.

I'm having the same issue indoor as well.....
Just ordered some Lurker lube again to try. We'll see how that works...

well also try changing the oring and making sure their not to tight (but also make sure they seal) the ring may all say the same size but their not also exactly the same so one 17 size oring might fit a little more loose then another 17 size oring

^^^
I found militia lube was outstanding in anything that used buna orings. It was my experience that it caused urethane oring to go bad faster than plain dow33. This was the militia lube from 2011.
Honestly I haven't found anything the out performs Sl33k, Dow33, Gr33se etc.
