Have you tracked message receipts. I normally use the IPad app, but if you go in PBnation using an Internet browser and send the seller a message you can see if it has been opened. After you are sure the message has been opened / read then tell the seller you intend to start a theft thread and file a dispute with PayPal! If still no response, file the dispute and post the thread.
Had a sale go one for nearly a month because of various reasons. His work schedule, the weather he was dealing with (winter in the North), and misplaced packages. In the end I was patient, persitant, and organized. This guy really made up for it by shipping another shipment with nearly $100 in extras. I gave him pos feedback, too. You have to determine the best course of action Hammer or Olive branch. Good luck and I hope you get this figured out soon!
