Exactly. 1) it's old. 2) what's wrong with it.

The front part... idk if that thing is the equivalent to a regulator or not, but the brass part on the front of it is leaking. But yeah i swear that gun is smarter than me! lol

The brass piece you are referring to is a pressure relief valve It is made to open at pressures above 200psi so your two solenoids that operate the marker dont get damaged, if its leaking under 200 psi I've had them do this due to dirt or even because the head of he pin gets damage from something hitting it . Try taking it off and cleaning it if that doesn't work I've got a couple spares

Well got mine cycling now. But I think I need a low pressure reg/tank.. I need a manual for this thing and a Max-flo as well.
And that looks legit bro! lol

It's not worth much; but don't scrap it for aluminum. That's dumb.
you are looking in the 50-100 area if you don;t know whats wrong with it. working shoeboxes sell in the 80-120 area frequently, so base pricing on that. The brass PRV venting does not sound like a significant issue.

If you pushed air through the marker without a low pressure reg like the max-flow, you probably blew the burst disk and possibly the noise. To put it in number perspective, the marker only requires 180psi... a "low pressure" crossfire by itself would push 450psi.
I wouldn't buy it personally.
