just because it's modded doesn't mean it wasn't taken care of. The fact that he did all the regular maintenance kind of proves that he did take care of it. Audi's usually fall apart to neglect

Lol LED running lights could totally **** up everything right? And I have no reason to believe the power steering cooler is anything but quality. He is a mechanical engineer that has been working on euros and 1.8ts for a long time. Not to mention I did some solid investigation on it.

It doesn't matter if it was tracked, he was open about it and did all of the maintenance to reliably drive the car on the track and on the street. The car feels and drives just as planted as a brand new car with a smooth power band and responsive steering.

This is why I don't make these threads. I hate defending my decision on everything

Here's the power steering cooler that is going to blow my car up, and the cool heat shield and heat wrap.

I'm in the middle of writing out a small modification list and some things I want to put together for the car I should be posting soon, hopefully I get this job soon so I have some change to throw around.

Thankfully with my, and my brothers previously owned euro cars and some established connections at ecstuning I should be able to score most of these parts for pretty cheap, especially since they are in Ohio. Other than the things I plan on putting together myself of course.

When was the timing belt changed?

I had two B5s, don't think I would own another. First one had the transmission fail at about 110k, fixed that and then the water pump went out along with a few other things. Bought a second one and it was plagued with problems. Sold it and never looked back. I did love the cars when they were working 100%.

Timing belt was done at recently at 98k.

Hopefully this one treats me good. They do have that plastic impeller water pump issue, that happened to my brothers 1.8t causing it to over heat badly and him walking home lol. Thankfully this one has the revised impeller water pump so hopefully I won't be seeing that issue.

Traded GTI for S4+$5k, and traded S4 for TT straight. He was asking 12k for it, and I basically bought the S4 for $10k not including interest on my GTI loan, so I made out after it was all said and done.

Has a built top and bottom, GT3076R, exhaust, FMIC, intake manifold, 80mm throttle body, etc etc. Around 400-450hp daily driven, lol.

Currently has a ****ty Unitronic tune and 840cc Siemens injectors, but they blow along with the tune so I picked up some Genesis II 630cc's and a 5 BAR fuel pressure regulator, then getting retuned, should be over 450hp on 28psi or more.

, Personally don't feel the bumper, but some cars can pull it off. What you doing to make 400?
