06 Nexus and Dark Egos!

It's a tossup for me. I've loved both body styles since they were launched. An old teammate of mine had the dark in a matte black with gloss blue parts that was pure sex. Couple of great guns you've got there. I've been eyeing your dark for quite some time as we seem to frequent the same threads haha. I've got a 05 that I'd like to have milled and lasered and a 08 origin which is my baby.

Thanks I love them both! I've had the Dark for over 5 years now and it definitely has some sentimental value to it, but the Nexus is really growing on me too. That's funny I think I've seen you around in the forums, and I have a 05 body I'm thinking about doing something custom with. Is probably going to be a slow project, but it should be awesome once its finished.

I'm considering another violent trigger for the Nexus as I really like it on my Dark, but the CP is pretty good too and matches nicely. I'm good on the LAAV, I am considering the Pooty mod on my Cure bolts. I have never seen a eigenram for sale, but the violent SE kit would be nice. Lastly I prefer the LCD screen over a bunch of modes ill never use on the Virtue plus counting LEDs is not my style. I have the Maniac board in the Nexus anyway.

Added a short video of what the Nexus can do on uncapped psp training, I think I understand why they call it the Maniac board, its mad fast haha.

Always nice to see that dark ego...if you ever sell it, it'll be a pretty sad day for pbnation IMO! Nexus is sweet, but that dark is so nice!

Thanks, I've had it for over 5 years now and even though it is up in the bst I really don't think I can sell it, I know I'd miss it too much and not get what I want for it. I really like the a Nexus too, but the Dark has sentimental value. It was my first Ego and my first true high end. Thanks for all the kind words, hopefully I will have a better shooting video comparing the Dark and Nexus in how they shoot.

Nice Nexus' I really like that Graphite fade and the G4H is nice too! I want to try to get a 06 XSV next when money allows and possibly a Mantis.

I have the only one up for sale right now in the bst, but I'm pretty sure it's staying with me, unless I get a ridiculous offer.

If I cast my opinion would it be biased based on color?

Ohh well they both are amazing guns. But my vote would have to go to the dark due to milling...and well color.

Haha ya red and black would look pretty sick on the Nexus too, but I like the white as well. The red is really hard to capture what it looks like, but in the sunlight is the closest it's really nice and I love the Dark milling. Thanks!
