Since red is not on the market I would go with yellow. It's quite noticeable even from a far distance when you're playing against your opponent.

Pink, even with cheap paint pink is still very bright.

At paintball explosion they use a white fill that I really like. It's easy to see and doesn't make you look like part of the rainbow squad.

i really like green. but its not up to me, its on the field. since most fields make you buy their paint.

I just buy paint. Majority of fills are bright enough to notice, i leave it to the manufacturer to know what fill color is best.

mainly the fields make you buy their paint but given the choice, pink. because not many people use it at the one field where i can bring my own paint

White, and pink.
But honestly I choose my balls, by which brand fits snug in my barrel, then I will make my color decision on which colors that specific brand comes in.

I am partial to green for no real reason other than most people seem to shoot yellow or orange so I can tell who I hit after the game.
