Owner's group class at Ultimate Madness

Saw this post on the AKA forum by Movie Guy and thought it would be interesting for the Tribe.

Quote:
For those of you who don't know, several "behind the scenes" members of this forum were working along with members of the POG and AO forum to try and form an 'Owners Group' bracket at IAO this year. Well, Debra gave it some thought and decided not to do it (I guess there is always next year). Well, thanks to AGD's Tom Kaye, there is going to be an Owners Group division at Ultimate Madness this April. The details have not been worked out, but my question is, are there any AKA Owners here who would want to put together a team for this event?
http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...hreadid=119197

There's the post on AO.

Any possible interest? If I could find Tribe members around me, I'd be up for some Madness.

I'm roaming, viewing more than posting, waiting on my tribal back from Warped where the electronics are getting fixed. gonna be nice when it finally works right. THe guns take alotta love, but if you treat them right, they treat you right (oh, and I just got an AKA Viking, so that explains why I was fooling around on the AKA board)

trust me, I'll never get rid of the Tribal. I'll have pics of it as soon as I get the trigger frame back from warped. As far as I know, it's the only tribal out there with a Max-flo LPR on it. Kinda nice being unique.

Ultimate Madness in west v if your talking about the
same 1 the the team that won the novice devision
(team backwoods)the guy that plays on their team
is the 1 that was running his mouth about tribals.
and the only reason they even won that tourney was
because thay had guys outside the field telling them when to move and when someone was looking out

That's a bunch of bull****. I hate people who think they're great because they abuse the system. It's spectator participation, not "have your friend telling you what to do."

yeah. Unless people can get a full local team together, I was just thinking of having a throw-together team. Show up, have some fun, and show people tribals aren't the old POS's people think.

more info (slightly) at www.ultimatemadness.com
Entry per team is 350, but if we got the full 6-player roster and rotated, it's only 58 per person, 70 with 5, 88 with 4, and 117 with 3.

I know, I believe I am the only person who has a LPC combination with a stock AOC. See my marker links

yeah, how good of consistency do you get with that setup? Looking at getting a new one (prob a fluster and getting a 2-finger mod from me256) and if that performed as well as an LPR, it'd make the ups seem alot cheaper.
