What Chris is saying is that companies loyalty programs give you a benefit . However rarely do loyalty programs tell you that you are not allowed to do business with competitors .

The PSP isn't a loyalty program it is a strong arm tactic to force you from doing business with their competitor. They easily could say you get the lower rate it you distribute with us for a
