Drink lots of water and let your body vomit. If your body wants to throw up let it. Just replenish 2x the amount of liquid you throw up to avoid dehydration. Stick to simple foods. OJ has a lot of acids and while delicious it can be acidic and make vomiting pretty bad.
Take a long slightly warm (not luke warm but not regular hot) shower. Regulate your body temperature 3+ times a day will help keep your body from struggling. You mainly feel cold because your extremities are not getting head. keep your core warm.
Ive beaten really bad viruses and flus in less than 24 hours by flushing the mother ****er out. I hate taking meds unless it helps me sleep. Thats it.
That's actually exactly what I did, minus the showers. I didn't have green tea so unjust had lots of herbal mint tea. Wheat bread and a little bit of soup. I mainly took the mess so I would crack my ankle into pieces. When my ankle hurts, I have the tendency to twist and crack it for some reason.
Feeling much better now. Just have the sniffles and throat's a little dry.

I get colds here and there, but I haven't had the flu since my sophomore year of high school. That one was the worst. Had it for a week straight, could move or talk at all.
