So im gonna be away for 2-3 years. I got a job in another country and I need to store 3 of my favorite paintball guns that I cherish and the rest I already sold. Any tips on storing guns and how to preserved the board?

Remove the batteries. Turn down the regs so pressure isn't on the reg seats (could leave dents, might not seal properly after that long). Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Keeping them cool and dry is the main thing, so wires & wire connections don't rust. And grease up your o-rings right before you leave, hopefully that'll keep them from drying & cracking. When you get back, clean the internals and re-lube again.
