Vanguard UK Suppot - What is happening?

Hi Frank

Just posting this up here so hopefully there might be some answers for others...

Has Vanguard UK actually closed down entirely?
- If not, what aspect is open still?
- If so, what happens with UK / Europe support?

I have seen numerous posts on various UK forums where people need support, but have no idea what is going on. Are the official UK techs still going to be supplied parts to fix markers?
What is happening with the UK techs? I mean, there is Paul Tye, Paul Bailey and Dave Hartley who are always fixing Vanguard markers at events.

So please Frank, let people know what is going on as people believe that VG has left the UK entirely, and if so people are not wanting to send a marker back to USA to get it fixed!

Frank, is there a reason why you are avoiding this subject? You NEED to let people know what is happening with support outside of America.

You do realise you are almost at the stage where people outside of America will not shoot your markers due to YOU killing all support channels that don't lead to America.

I'm trying to get information to aid people, but you are ignoring this thread, which is making out that you actually only care about your American market.

Thanks Frank - just some more questions:

Does Jason / Martin carry spares ie boards, grips, diaphragms?
Do they still do warranty work?
Can they still do the 2013 upgrades?
If someone buys are marker / spare part, is it shipped from America or can they get them locally?
Basically, are they still operating as "business as usual"?
How about the UK Techs - are they "business as usual"?

Just trying to put together some hard facts so it helps people.

What about in the US? I emailed Frank, Martin, cust service and tech (per the warranty card) and got absolutely no response. In fact, the tech and cust service emails bounced back. No phone numbers on the websites. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Suggestion?

'tis not about our American friends - it is about the European ones. It's still up in the air, and it feels like to many that Frank has pissed on his European customers. As I said, it doesn't affect me other than the fact I still get asked when I play to fix people's markers (using my old spares, never was given any by VG). I know the other techs too get a lot of non-working Demons and Creeds..

Myself and Martin are still here and we will help and carry spares to assist any users in Uk and Europe,
Warranty services will be at Franks discretion, but we will offer service centre repairs.
