For example, how often is the team playing from behind? How many times have you seen a QB throw for 400 yards but they lost by14 and the game wasn't even close? With a big lead, a defense will back off and allow catches underneath, inflating the yardage for the QB and WRs.
I'm not saying Megatron is not good. He is probably the best WR in the league. I just think that you have to look a little deeper than just saying "omg he has more yards he's the best WR ever."

its not like megatro was just catching 10 yard passes all game like marshall dude consistently got open Downfield despite being the focal point of the defense. and he caught 16 td passes last year, so this 5td argument is bs.

Catching ten yard passes is extremely important.

Although... If you count Tebow/Florida and 2010 Auburn, they both had similar elements. TAMU did similar stuff.
Now you have teams in the NFL like the Seahawks, Redskins, 49ers, etc... Running their QB and doing read option plays. The Patriots based their hurry-up off of the Chip Kelly offense.
....bits and pieces of it are working, it just has to be adapted to the personnel available, and your desired outcomes.

they didn't base it off of the chip kelly offense they just took some stuff from it. i am so sick of hearing that they based their O off oregon's because its just not true.
also, can we please stop talking about oregon? that team is about to be so irrelevant that WASU is going to make them their *****

The Spread /= Oregon. Oregon is a spread team, not all spread teams are Oregons offense.
Oregon runs super uptempo the whole time and runs the spread. This works week to week. It profits from superior execution (ie catching people out of place, tiring them out from the pace so routes are open, etc), but not superior scheming/planning. When a team that has athletes also has time to prepare, its pretty clear what happens.

In the 5 games he started last year he had 551 yards and 4 tds....from tim tebow. Hes going to be a top 5 wr in this league. Youre absolutely blind if you cant see that.

Not earth shattering numbers. He also makes a lot of huge mistakes.

My mom frustrates the hell out of me. She calls me constantly saying **** like "I feel like you're not being challenged enough, you seem to be effortlessly cruising through your studies while other kids around you struggle, maybe it wasn't your best option to go there." Well mom, I told you that I would probably do very well here, that most of the places for my undergrad that would challenge me were further away, and that I wouldn't be that challenged very heavily yet you insisted that this was the furthest I could go away if you guys paid for it. I don't know what the hell she expects me to tell her, today she literally said on the phone "Maybe I think you think you should just go to Lehigh." which doesn't even have my required undergrad and going to Lehigh costs $60,000 a year and on top of that you don't just "go to Lehigh.".
