This i my first trip to west point and sounds like this is going to be an awsome game but i was looking for more info as far as address for directions to the field, places to stay, are their rentals, game format start / end times any info would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to at least find Woodbury Commons by yourself. Then go north on hwy 32 for a few miles.
Turn right onto Smith Clove Road. (there is a traffic light, and a deli.)
After going under the overpass and past the golf course you'll see the enterance to Lake Frederick on your right.
You can camp on site for free.
There are motels (Hotwire.com, enter 'central valley' or 'Harriman')
Yes to rentals, yea!, no CO2.
Scenario game for two days.
You can enter the lake area at 4pm on friday if you are camping. If you stay in a motel nearby you'll want to be on site about 8:30AM both days.
you have to be gone/off site by 3:30pm on Sunday.

Awesome, I know a lot of the people I wanted to bring were hesitant about buying gear just for this one event. Rental gear is gonna make this event open to a lot more players
