Read the PES manual boot  most Pros and Cons should be around 4.4/4.4. If your doing a billet higher than your assigned billet it should be 4.5-4.7 Pro's and the same for Con's. To me anything over 4.8 that Marine has to be **** hot and working well above the required rank.

Thought you guys got rid of those in 2006-2008....when i went to my 1st green side command (when MLG was called FSSG)
I was initially issued the alice pack when i got there in 2005 but had to turn it in when i deployed to iraq with CLB-4 and when i came back they told me to just keep the new one because the old one was phased out.

We were all issued them last cycle and told we could mod them as we see fit as long as they were green. It was too good to last.
