Hey nation,

Im looking to upgrade my stock pe barrel to a new one, and all i am searching for is accuracy. I was thinking a freak kit or the fibur barrel or a stiffi, but then i thought that my jj elite kit that i am using with my tippmann would be perfect. I know its accurate, light and highly self cleaning, BUT i have never seen anyone using the jj at speedball fields, anywhere.
So whats your opinion?

Opinion is if it works for you, use it. Who ever does or doesn't recognize it on the field my just ask and see there are more options out to choose from.

Most high end barrels shoot pretty much the exact same (including the stock PE barrel) the important part is getting the correct bore size for your paint.

You don't need 8 different sizes, usually ~3 backs between .684-.693 will cover most paint brands and weather conditions.

I bore my 09 back to accept freak inserts, best thing I ever did. I use anything from 679 to687 (687 been ussually big for the paint).
I´m in Mexico so it was easy to find a CNC lathe and about 34$ , I know there´s a guy here on the nation that does it, try using the search tool.

If not, i´ll go with the fibur with the freak inserts

I had nerve2030 bore my shaft barrel to accept freak inserts...best money I've spent in a while!
