Cleaning e-vents lens

The manual says do not touch the inside of the lens. So how should I clean that? Defiantly don't want to ruin the lens.

I just use a suirt bottle with water in it. Spray a bit the use a microfiber cloth to clean.

I use a micro on the outside. But wasn't sure about the inside.
