Paintballs bounce off it due to its pointyer design? I gotta sit down. What an amazing find. Perhaps he'd be interested in a trade? I've got a 1 of 1 Brass Eagle Marauder. Originally bought for $2000. I added some custom scratches that'll make the ladies scream. I upgraded the original 6-inch stock barrel to an 8-inch stock barrel. That was $150 alone! I also have a JT hopper that feeds almost 10 bps! Also, I added a clamping elbow that keeps the feeder thingy on there. It also has a hairpin stuck into the field strip to keep it in. Altogether, that's over $1000 in upgrades. I'll trade him that plus my amazing NXe 2-pod pack (pro level, $250 value) and two paintball hauler things ($200 each) plus $250 cash.

You air up your marker, strap on the mask, and walk onto the field.. it doesn't matter that you failed that test, that your girlfriend broke up with you, or that you got a ticket on the way there... your world is right for the next couple hours,... this is your heaven on earth.. live it.. love it.. play it.. Paintball.

That is how they originally marketed the ricochet loader.

Hahaha the texts are priceless.....and yes the Ricochet loader WAS originally marketed as a hopper that had more bounces vs the popular VL Revolution.

Which was a good hypothesis but in practice it was proven to be wrong. Especially with modern paint. If it was true you'd never get a break on a spire loader either.

It would have worked with monster ball, but you can shoot monster ball at a brick wall and get bounces.

I had a bunch of bounces off my ricochet loader 12 years ago. They were probably harder paintballs though. Bounces happened mostly from snapshooting my target where the loader was facing the direction of the paint. I liked the ricochet better than the revy. Unfortunately I smashed it several times until there was no way to repair it. There was one paintball that actually broke the ricochet shell. This was how I figured out the other player was shooting hot. I use the old school revy now, it is way more durable.

Tampa doesn't have any funny ones. There are some really good deals though. One guy is selling an etek 3 LT, 2 rotors, 2 PE barrel backs, pure energy tank, Invert pants, eclipse knee and elbow pads, and an empire rolling bag for $500 obo.
EDIT: I should stop shopping on pbn, there are some kick-*** deals on here.

Since we're on CL ads. Is a Vanguard Creed for $400 worth it? I haven't heard of them and they are going for $700 on Ebay.
