I have a very tiny leak that is coming from under the side of my vision board, about an inch and a half away from the solenoid. It cannot be heard, and the only indications I have of it are some grease bubbles and the fact that when I turn off my on/off the gauge slowly drops until the gauges read no pressure in the gun - that takes about 10 seconds.


I got back into paintball, and my Ton Ton impulse did extremely well for not being played with in years. Before playing I greased up the hammer and that was enough.

Anyways, after I played I stripped it all down and lubed everything up. I had problems with a solenoid leak (too much lube, didn't tighten screws just enough) and while I was putting it together I noticed the problem. (This is why my gun was gassed up without the trigger frame on.)

Anyone have any ideas?

i dont remember is the valve retaining screw under the vision daughter board? is that what you are talking about? if thats it take off the board and get a new oring for the valve screw

Thank you Ripdisc. Yes, it was the valve retaining screw. I relubed it and put a thin layer of loc tite on the screw - leak stopped.

I still have the tiniest leak from somewhere else that I can't find, but I think it is just from the macroline. Macro is three years old

ton ton impulse? Post some pics man havent seen one of those in a long time!

sometimes with leaky macro it quits after a few shots or if you wiggle it around a bit. worst case a new piece is cheap. i just use a razor blade to cut it. makes a nice straight cut.
