Two great things today. First, our new grandson, Cole Michael Ziemba was born this morning at 6:55 am. He and mom are doing great. He weighs in at 7 pounds 12 oz.
The second great thing is today marks our companies 25th anniversary. It has been a very long, challenging and rewarding journey. Our little company that literally started in the basement of Karen and my first home has grown up to be a leading force in the banking industry. I remember sitting in the basement writing code with one hand while holding Julie in my lap with the other while Karen was out working one of her three jobs to support our family as we made this dream a reality.
Our products have helped shape the financial industry in the United States over the past 25 years. Our progressive vision, hard work, and belief that nothing is impossible has positioned our company at the top of the list of software providers in our industry. We set the bar that all other vendors are expected to live up to, which many of them can’t. Our dedication to our customers is second to none.
This has been a collective effort by everyone that works here. We should all be proud of the accomplishments that Data Support Systems has made. Every single one of you have contributed to our companies success and Karen, Russ and I would like to thank you for that. We do consider our company a family and hope everyone joins us in this spirit.
We are planning a 25th anniversary party in the near future. We are picking dates and venues that will accommodate our group and allow us to bring in our out of town family as well. The date and location will be announced soon.
Once again, thank you and here’s to the next 25 years.
Congratulations! That is so awesome on so many levels!
