Just ordered my first gun..
Hey guys so I just ordered an Invert Mini. I was wondering if there was anything I should know about the gun before getting it and starting to mess around with it? Thanks!

Make sure your operating pressure is set to 200 psi. Adjust the velocity from there, then play paintball

Read the owners manual and look for tips; such as, make sure you lube it with the right grease, don't use oil like your would on a tippmann. Hope you bought a hopper of the non-gravity fed nature. Good choice in marker bud

I actually dont have a hopper yet. I plan on getting an egg though. Im looking into getting the ninja 48/3000 tank too because its in the budget. Eventually I will get a carbon fiber tank.

The eggs are great for starting. However, be careful with them. That plastic isn't like what the rotor is made of. Mine is being held together with Velcro tape for the battery door and hockey tape for the feed neck. I've seen many others held together with tape as well. For the record, I'm talking about the egg 3. The new 4's might be polycarbonate but I don't remember at the moment. Overall, mine works great and I still use it as a "just in case" hopper, just fragile. If you choose to get one, take care of it.

Don't waste money on an Egg. Try to find a used Halo, Prophecy or Rotor.
Remember this rule: Buy cheap, buy twice.

I second the rotor.
However my backup hopper is a v-max and has soft fingers. There are a ton on here for sale that are half the cost of a rotor. Get one with a speed feed.
Check the classifieds on here for a carbon fiber tank, its much lighter than aluminum.

The V-max is what I am running on my mini and I love it. I got it for $40 brand new.

Egg's have their issues
make sure you have a nice mask too, always nice to know you're not gonna loose an eye because of a cheap mask lol
