okay, i'm not GP the great and powerful but i can try to shed some light on this.
taken from the PSP rule book. page 6, section 2- MATCH STRUCTURE, subsection- 2.1. RaceTo-2
"[5] With 4 opponents, a team will play one point against each of Opponents A, B, C then D; then play a second point against each opponent, then play third points as necessary"
This means it will look like this with 5 teams. (this is off the top of my head. The order may be different in reality, but it should be close)
rotation 1
round 1
A plays B, C plays D, E sits
round 2
A plays D, C plays E, B sits
round 3
D plays E, B plays C, A sits.
round 4
A plays E, B plays D, C sits.
round 5
A plays C, B plays E, D sits.
when you have done this rotation once you should have played everyone. You then do it again. There may be a 3rd time, but only with the teams needed to break a one/one tie. so.
rotation 2
round 6
A plays B, C plays D, E sits
round 7
A plays D, C plays E, B sits
round 8
D plays E, B plays C, A sits.
round 9
A plays E, B plays D, C sits.
round 10
A plays C, B plays E, D sits.
and rotation 3, only where needed.
round 11
A plays B, C plays D, E sits
round 12
A plays D, C plays E, B sits
round 13
D plays E, B plays C, A sits.
round 14
A plays E, B plays D, C sits.
round 15
A plays C, B plays E, D sits.
I'm sure GP or chuck will slap me if this is wrong.
