Rotor 2 Very slow with G6R

So, I just got the new R2 slapped it on my G6R, shot a string over the Clock...and to my dismay was only getting 14.3 - 14.5. My G6R has the Odoshi board, set to PSP/Mil uncapped...so i decided to try a Halo Too, so threw a Halo Too on there shot again was getting around 23-25...any suggestions?

Turn up the tension?

It being relatively new this is purely speculation, but maybe the went for a more reliable and jam free operation with the R2 instead of worrying about outwright speed??

Look at your comment. Back to mine. Back to yours NOW BACK TO MINE. Sadly, it isn't mine. But if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate crap it could LOOK like mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're scrolling through the comments, finding the ones that your comment could look like. Back at mine, what is it? It's a highly effective counter-troll. Look again, MY COMMENT IS NOW DIAMONDS.

That was going to be my next step unless there was a better explanation, I know it's sorta newish the R2 period, but from what I gathered it's basically an upgraded rotor so to speak and I know they are relativly fast.
