(legit question)
whats the best way to fish wire through a wall?

i wanna run my network cable up through the attic and down my wall.

Really depends on the house. I've seen people even go as far as to use heat vents lol

I mean really the only way to get down a wall without taking down drywall would be to cut the hole for the box you'd have to install, and drill through the top of the framing from the attic and then drop the wire down that way and fish it out of the hole you cut for the box. If you have insulation you'll need to use a fish tape, if not you can probably just drop the wire down and snag it out when you see it.

That's the only way I've been able to do it, if anyone has a better suggestion feel free to offer it up

That must be a raw a-hole you have there Hebiki, ouch!

hebiki they sell a metal wire on a roll i believe its called a fish tape .. but i could be wrong
you can get it at almost any large retail ..ie home depot, lowes

the only thing u have to watch for is if u have studs running across .. i would find the wall u wanna drop it thru and drill a hole threw the top and than shine u a light down and see what u see .. if its open i would drop the fish tape from the attic and pull your live up .. will be easier

like mark said if u wanna make it look decent make u a whole in the wall with a razor knife .. get u a box with tabs that flip out and compress to the Sheetrock and shove it in there after u pull it

and hebiki how far is xternal from your house? .. go get them moving on my jerseys .. they were suppose to email me yesterday .. nuttin still

in other news .. i got more black out sets on the way .. and yes i have feedneck ones on the way also

thanks for the advice. im gonna hit up the big box stores for some fish tape.

xternal is 15 mins from my work. best thing to do is call them and ask for Crystal. you could drop my name, but im not sure if that'll help or hurt. LOL.

i have sent them a lot of business, so hopefully it helps.

brb... bathroom break. im popping imodium pills like they're skittles.

Yeah especially when Edmonton is barely in the PSP events. Guess they are more interested in the overseas stuff

Wow, Goldman didn't last long there. Can't imagine what Edmonton offered them since TBD is supposed to be one of the teams that pays the most (who the hell "really" knows though).

Oh are they? Good stuff then. Should prove interesting to say the least. I don't see one team really dominating this year b

They won't start releasing that because then they will get agents and the price of paintball players goes up.
