ok got it to chrono up to 285 but then it was severely inconsistent...285, 254, 270, 250, 282. Good paint, good paint to barrel match. pressures were 200 and 90....way to high lpr i know...and I guess the last lpr oring and lube i did solved the prob of it not getting past 80 psi. So I tried 6,8,10 dwells again....still the same result. i tried sweet spotting each time after dwell changes.. Then I tried lpr pressure from 70-90 and would start hpr at 150 and go up from there until it velocity fell off...and Only time I could ever get it to chrono above 285 alwas with 90 psi lpr....and again....very inconistent....so I guess I sit and wait for oring kit and in the mean time Ill completely tear down put her in the sink in hot soapy water and blow out with compressed air. and Ill call blast tomorrow....
any other suggestions?
oh and ram shaft is straight.

Use the dow 55. Can even soak the o rings in dow 55 overnight. Put them in a ziplock baggy.
And a fresh battery can't hurt

You might need a new blast guide if this gun has a LOT of shots on it.

When you put your pressure tester inside of it and gas it up, do your pressures stay constant or do they change?

They dont change static, meaning turn asa on and watch gages...they are solid. and they dont change when I degas, regas, degas, etc. They stay the same. but i checked this when I firts started troubkeshooting...havent checked it in a few days after all the maintenance and teardowns I've done. i can recheck tonight.

is the schrader valve the pin valve inside of the LPR? Can it be removed? What about the HPR one?
