Angel Marker???

I recently found this angel marker for sell on craigslist. What you see in the pictures is all you get. Can anyone tell me if it's worth buying and what model it even is?

Its an angel 4, and $50 is a pretty good deal even if it is broken. There is a huge angel community and replacement parts aren't hard to find.

Good Luck! I love my Angel it has worked well for years.

My real question for you is are you going to have them ship it or meet up and trade off?

I would really recommend trading it off by hand that way you can make sure it works

Even if it doesn't work he would make twice that on parting it.

True but He doesn't seem to have that in mind or the skills to do so.

Also, dunno if I'm imagining this, but it appears the gun doesn't have the board.

Could i just buy a new board for it if it is missing? Around how much is it and is it difficult to install? Btw...thanks for the feedback! I'm actually stoked if i can get this marker running.

It looks like it does have a board in it to me. The LCD is hard to distinguish from empty space in the grip, but I think It would be darker if the grip frame was empty. Ask if it comes with a charger and barrel. 50 is decent, but if you need to get a new charger that will be 30-40 and a new barrel will be 15 ish...

they only made car chargers. There are however tons of wall adaptors, you can get them onlline or at like radioshack, best buy ect. I have an intellicharger for that gun, but I would want 40$ shipped.

Honestly bro, there isn't a whole lot we can tell you. Personally I say go for it, but I like a project gun and $50 for an angel seems like a good price for a tinkerer like me. However, you don't seem like a tech savvy guy.

Also, you can buy all kinds of chargers at radio shack for $15, so if he doesn't have the charger it isn't the end of the world.
And here is what the battery looks like:

If the gun doesn't have the battery, you have two placed to get it:
If you want a brand new battery: http://www.actionvillage.com/angel-l...l#.UO2GB29QWdY
or you can browse pbn for a used battery.

Since it looks like the battery and the on/off switch are linked the gun most likely has the battery.
Though, it being a 4.8v you can probably ghetto rig four AAA batteries(which are 1.2v a piece).

That's a solid platform. Be sure to shoot a 90 frame angel first. Some love it, others hate. I think for the money if it chargers up your good to go. If your looking for parts, grizle is your guy. I know for a fact he's got a sweet barrel that'll fit that gun.

Gonna buy it. I'm not a noob, just haven't played in a couple years due to moving and stuff. Thanks for the awesome help. If i have any issues, anyone mind being my go to guy for questions? I love the sport and played alot back when i was younger. Was on a team and had a few markers and cockers but never a angel. At that age, and since i was sporting myself i could only dream of owning a angel. Now that I'm older and have a legit job and they're building a new field out here in Hawaii, I'm stoked to get back into it.

the angel community is one of the best on PBN. Great people, happy to help. Come on over, do a search, post in OT, make a thread.

Yeah, good luck finding someone at the field using a 90* frame.

Ok so I just got her. She is a lil dirty (been in a garage forever). But the board AND battery is still there, doesn't turn on but battery could be dead. I opened her up and gave her a cleaning. It seem like some of the wires need a little attention, along with I noticed there are 4 ports (if thats what theyre called) and only 3 plug ins. Am I missing some? I looked online for a picture of a complete version so I could understand it a little better but no luck.

Heres a pic...
