If I remember correctly, that's not necessary if all you're going to change is the bolt.
The old Trracer/Mavericks had an unconventional design in that the powertube was built into the hammer, so if you were going to change out either of those parts, you would need to change both.
That shouldn't effect the bolt and its velocity adjuster, though.
I also remember that you could use the old pump arm screws in the new bolt, but not the other way around. The new threads are probably a close metric.
