I might have made a mistake buying this invert halo too. It seems like the hopper doesn't feed balls when it is supposed to. Not impressed at all...

It is adjustable, I'm sure they have multiple videos on YouTube. It's really easy and simple operation

Definitely give it another try now. Mine kept up with my Angel at around 20bps.
