As a brick and mortar retailer who sells Dye, Smart Parts, CP and J&J, I can tell you that discounting Dye for the price is wrong. The barrels are probably the best built ones out there. There is almost no bad transition between the back and the tip of the Dye two piece barrels. Its micro-honed for the smoothest finish.

The J&J 2 piece are great too, and a steal at their curent price. CP makes good stuff, but they aren't the biggest company so getting a hold of their products is more difficult when stock runs low. Smart Parts freak kits will always be the best sellers for us because they're inexpensive and it only takes using them once to get addicted. A Smart Parts freak kit on a $50 spyder will shoot more accurately than a $50 barrel on a Timmy. The proper paint-to-barrel bore matching is the key to an accurate marker.

If your paint doesn't fit your barrel, you'll see no improvement! Find yourself a local pro shop that can show you what a difference proper bore sizing makes.

all of you seem to like the longbows I will definietly go check them out. plus i have to keep in mind that in the summer down here in georgia it gets to like 100 with 100% humidity. Thats why I was looking more into interchangble bore sizes.

all you need is a 2 bore longbow set .693 and .690 or you can get a 5 bore scepter kit either way its about the same price/peformance.
