My SO is in Army boot camp right now and I'm on her boot camp division's FB group. There's a bunch of parents/SO's here who think they know wtf they're talking about but are just ****ing retarded.
A couple of them are yelling at me for being disrespectful and how I should shut up and join a service already if I know so much about it.
I'm not going to say anything and show up to graduation in uniform.

If you ever are in charge of operating a night club, the first thing you should ever have installed it's not already is sprinklers. Night club owners don't seem like the smartest bunch.

What kind of doctor do you see if you're having issues sleeping?
Your general practitioner, or a psychiatrist.

Mostly falling asleep. Sometimes staying asleep. But pretty much every night is a struggle to fall asleep.
Have you ever tried taking some Melatonin? If I take one about an hour before I want to sleep, it usually helps. Of course, that also means I get off the computer (the light messes with your circadian rhythm) and try to do something that doesn't require too much light. Maybe lie down in bed and listen to some relaxing music. Sticking to a sleep schedule helps, too. That way your body knows to start falling asleep at the same time each day.
