Infinity Legend HELP!

I bought a used infinity Legend and I put a new macro line and fittings with a new battery but when I turn it on it is solid green for a second then blinks red every second. When I pull the trigger it turns green but still won't fire. I have the v1 board. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
