Thanks everyone for their help, I think I've got a good idea of where I'm going with things now!

I bought this kit to help organize my tools without taking up a ton of space, since there are times I only need them and not parts to work on my gun, help a friend out, etc,http://m.lowes.com/pd_115462-86580-S...t&facetInf o=
that way I just have my Allen wrenches, dental picks, needle nose pliers and a set of small screwdrivers (like the ones for glasses) just in case - and they all fit in the kobalt pouch.
I keep the parts for each gun though in their own individual small single level tackle box (kinda like the one sold by the manufacturers that sell their entire parts kits) so I only take the parts I need with me to the field. Follow me?
Its funny you link that Lowe's product, I bought this Wera screwdriver kit a few years ago, and have been using it for paintball lately:
I love how small the kit is, and the unique tips allow it to fit into small recesses (such as hopper screws, etc)
You're right about the clutter, I usually travel with this parts bin, filled to the hilt (this thing is about 18" wide):
So, I'm trying to get away from lugging that big thing around. First step is to bring only the essentials. As far as tools, I think I will get a roll to place them in (not my tools):
Tool rolls seem to save alot of space, and I can just chuck it in the bag. Then I'll find a few small bead boxes (btw, these things are great - if you look close, you'll see they have curved bottoms for easy removal of beads - which works great for small parts):
I think with those two things I'll be good to go!

This is exactly what I needed to hear guys, thanks!
