I think I read on here somewhere that with older models you can't turn off the eye, DE will upgrade it for free I think. If you just bought it don't worry.

Cock the bolt and try to fire with no ball in the chamber. If it does not fire the eye is on.

the eye come on as a default every time u turn on the gun. to turn it off hold it down for like 8 seconds

its 15 seconds. stupid people. somepeople say 5-10. the manual says 15. i just timed it, for once the manuals right.

No the eye does not come on as a default. You must shut the TES off, then cock the bolt and turn it back on. As far as the time for turning it off IT DOES VERY.

The eye does come on by default, turn it on, cock the bolt and see if it fires with no paint. It doesnt. Drop a ball in or put your finger over the eye, then pull the trigger. It will attempt to fire, this means the eye is on. To turn it off, turn the TES off, while in semi mode, hold the trigger for 10 - 15 seconds, then fire it, you should hear the solenoid click, this signifies the eye is off. |

With mine I have to shut it off, cock it, turn it back on for the eye to turn back on. If I shut it off and turn it back on with the bolt forward it is still off. Don't know why, it just is. I think it stated it in the manual to, other wise I would not know how to turn it off and on. But thanks to my kids I no longer have it. I honestly think that the electronics have a mind of their own sometimes. Kind of like the movie Maxim Overdrive. LOL. Warlord you know your stuff I have been reading your post for a while. I have picked up a couple of things from you. Thanks!!!!!

when u turn the tes on, the eye is turned on by default. you turn the eye off by holding down the trigger for 8-15 (it varries). then the eye is off and the only way to get the eye to come back on is to turn the marker off, and then turn it back on.

Depends on how fast you actually want to play paintball. If you got the cash to get the TES with upgrades and a mask, why buy the Bushmaster and wait to buy something else ? |
