Magnets don't wear out. If neither magnet has came unglued then their repelling.
So have you gotten any quality batteries yet? You said you changed it again but you need a quality battery, not a kangaroo brand. It sounds like your gun isn't getting enough voltage. That would hopefully make your light stay on green and make the marker register trigger pulls.

Ahh okay. Did it go from green to orange to red after you attached the duracell? Or is the problem just with the trigger now?

when i hold the button to turn it on it goes green to red and once its on it blinks green. When I push it to turn eyes off it just blinks green. If theres a paintball in it, it rapidly blinks green

The standard Mini manual has instructions for the Optimus board, but they now come stock with the Shockwave board. Does the board next to the battery say Optimus or Shockwave on it?

Where are you located?
If in Pa, Oh, or WV I travel to play so I could take a look and plug in spare parts to see if we can fix it.
The mini is an easy to repair gun with the parts kit and o-ring rebuild kits. I even bought backup asa, trigger, and backup boards to keep handy.
If I can help, let me know.

You should see a red light when you pull the trigger even with the eyes on. If anything double check to make sure that the magnets are repelling. We have also seen so that the body magnet has weakened over time. This can because due to some sort of charge being sent to the magnet. IF nothing else we can have you send us the marker for us to repair it and make sure that everything is good in it ... Under warranty

Thank you . Hopefully whoever it was got the picture. He only made it to like 14 posts before yall shut him down. I think he should be IP banned because he just wasn't acting like they worked for Empire, but literally trying to mess peoples guns up.

I didn't know that about magnets. Everything I had read said powerful magnets were suppose to stay strong for thousands of years. But the HES sensor affects that?

Not sure if this is cause by the HES. But there have been a few Minis that i have had to change out the body magnet due to it being weak. It is rare that it happens but it does. It could also be that the Main board, Sensor board, or battery are also weak or dying. This would mean that there is not enough power to get to the Sensor on the sensor board so it can work properly.
