Disruptive Paintball Company
Has anyone have issues with talking to some at Disruptive Paintball?i have called them bunch of times & never answer.Cant leave msg either.i want to see if they have some instock kits but heard from others that have ordered that it was then out of stock?Figured id put it here if they read this they can respond to if they have gloss black in the death touch/ Balanced kits? i dont want to order & then find out its out of stock .im playing on the 19th & want to have it by then.

They say if its on the site then it's in stock and you can order it. Email is hit and miss.

Yea buddy they are hit or miss. I've had the same experience with them. Keep calling them, some times they go away for some event and no one answers. I have the same barrel kit and they were missing a back so they shipped it to me like two months later. The cool thing was they sent me a free pair of the fingerless gloves when the barrel back finally came in. I have there v2 tourney pants and love them better than any pants I've ever wore, and I've been playing since 89. There products are really well made so it's worth the wait.

I live by the Disruptive shop and those guys are always busy one I go there. Here in Tucson they are the only PB shop around. Def good guys. I use their Balance barrels and like'em.

lol ive made a thread for the mere purpose of letting everyone know how they obviously dont give a **** about there customers and ones that are not first time buyers either, HAVENT GOTTEN A RESPONSE FROM ANY OF MY LAST THREE EMAILS, NOR A PHONE CALL ANSWER! D#$% HEADS

I can honestly say that it is useless to email them. I have never gotten an answer without calling.
It shouldnt be this hard to get a hold of them though.

I ordered a deathtouch and it says it's been shipped, I'm sure they have them in stock.

Just order it and see what happens. Worst case scenario you order the barrels to late and don't get them in on time.

I've had some good service from them. I placed an order for the balance kit, and they called me to say that the backs I ordered weren't all there in that specific finish, so they gave me options hat I could go with, I just went with the option to change all the backs to the kind they had in stock. And then they sent it. I didn't receive a tracking number or anything after, so I emailed asking if there was a tracking number. The next day they emailed back with my tracking number. I've had a good experience with them and I'll be sure to order from them again when I need something else.
