I got some medium Dye elbow pads and they fit tight on me. I can get them on, but it takes some force. I don't think i can return them. Any ideas for stretching them a tad bit?

They "break in" a bit after awhile. I have a pair of mediums and they took a little muscle to get on at first. Now it's easy to get them on after playing a season.
