All Brand New drones sold from us have the New GT solenoid in them. So you get the best of the best out of the drones.

Warranty doesn't transfer on a majority of paintball guns.

Read the manual. Warranty details are usually at the front... PE, Dye, BLAST and MacDev all say that the warranty applies to the original purchaser and a receipt may be required for service to be honored. I know it's frustrating, but it is what it is. (Some companies do treat you better with out of warranty work.)

Shot my drone for the first time Saturday. Put two hoppers through it with success. Sucker is faaaast! Paint was 3year old crap my buddy had in his basement for a year then moved to attic. Huge dimples and weird shapes very brittle. Had one ball break in breech. Over all I am very pleased.
I don't expect any more in gun breaks because paint will be fresh from now on.

I understand people are worried about warranty issues but
#1 most of the issues that you'll encounter are very easily fixed. That and the drive train on the drone is beyond simple to work on.
#2 for the rare occasion that you'll need a part, they are readily available and reasonably priced at aggressive sports.
#3 Drone DX + broken in orings = butter

these DX are simply awesome, even with out breaking in the orings one of mines shot 8 pods out of a 3500psi charge, and that was with the 2012 solenoid, now when i get the DXs with the new GT noid, i think they will be even greater.
