Pump Stroke on Carter Buzzard

Hi Guys,

Earlier this year I purchased a Carter Buzzard and I'm finally going to get around to using it this weekend at the Fall Big Game at Splatterpark in Mt. Gilead, OH. I'm really excited to get out and play with it but something I've noticed is the pump stroke isn't all that smooth. I've owned one other Buzzard in my life and I recall the stroke being like butter-much smoother than the J2 and Phantoms I've owned. The buzzard is pretty much in like-new condition though I am not sure what year it was made. Anyone else ever experience this sort of thing? It's not so bad that it's difficult to pump it just has a "doesn't feel quite right" thing going on. I've taken it apart and oiled it a couple times and that didn't seem to make much of a difference.

Thanks,

Michael

If its new. It just needs to break in. They get better the more you use them like a Phantom

MCB will net you more info on how to mod them if thats what you looking for.
