Hey all,
Im looking to increase my speed off the break (not running and gunning) to the corners/snake or a far distant bunker.
I do quite a bit of gym work but was wondering is there anything specific I can do to get quicker? I run quite a bit but it seems that there are still a few guys quicker than me; I can't seem to run quickly with a marker in my hand.
Someone suggested running on the treadmill with weights?
Suggestions appreciated.
